Missy is a joy to work with. Realtors are stuck with the unenviable task of helping people through some of the most financially difficult decisions of peoples lives, and that difficulty has a tendency of making people act nuts (ourselves included). Missy's perky mood, pleasant demeanor, and hard work helped us get through what had to be one of the more complex home sales in recent history. Missy is very familiar with the Minnetonka/Wayzata/Deephaven area. She has the experience behind her to speak intelligently about MN home buying/selling laws and all of the paperwork associated with the process. She has a very deep contact list of painters, chimney sweeps, sheetrock contractors, drain tile installers, roofers, critter control folks, and anything else you may need for your home. I'll never forget one day in particular when Missy, in a fit of trying to satisfy a particular potential home buyer, showed up at our house unannounced with arm loads of stuff she had purchased herself; gutter downspouts, Magic Erasers, light bulbs, cleaning supplies, and I don't know what else but she ran down the list of the potential buyer's needs and ticked them all off herself. (The potential buyer later purchased the house). You can't pay for that kind of service. We’ve now sold one home and bought another with Missy’s help, and we’ll use her again, if we can ever stomach moving another time. Thanks Missy!

Missy was efficient and capable in both of our transactions. In fact we made offers on more than one house, and she put in a lot of time on each one working to negotiate the best deal for us. Moving is never easy but things went remarkably smoothly. Recommended!

Missy came in and gave us immediate advise on getting the house ready for sale. After staging and photos, the house went on the market. Two hours later, a realtor was out front with clients. Three days later the house was sold for a price over asking. The process was quick and easy. After the sale, Missy helped find a great house that checked all the right boxes for us.
